(11) About the Contributory Community Protection Fund.

The Labor force & the Workers.

Workers in the Labor force have a right to get membership in this system. Usually workers and laborers have a low economy. They have no capital to start their own enterprises therefore the Fund has special consideration about workers and laborers.

The Contributory Law for the Labor force & Workers.

The special Act regarding the labor force by the Constituent Assembly of the Country. According to this law, when a person of the labor force gets a monthly income he has to contribute to the Fund an amount that he can afford. This Contribution is like a direct tax. It has a constant value that is decided by the Contributory Community Protection Fund.

The Contributory Payment Per Month.

This Contributory Payment is like a direct tax. It has a constant value that is decided by the Contributory Community Protection Fund. This Payment must not be of a very small value or must not be of a very large value. If it is very small, collection of the Funds would be small. If it is very large most of workers and laborers would find it difficulty to pay.

The Nature of the Distribution of the Prices.

The Expenses of the Fund are covered by contributions of the labor force. The remainder of the Fund is distributed through the types of prizes. Each type of prize receives an equal amount.

Imagine if there are 6 types of prizes. Each of the 6 types of the prizes gets 1/6 of the remainder.

There may be many types of prizes to be distributed. That may be 6,7,8,10,12,15,16,18 or 20,……The standard number of types of the prizes are decided by the Fund. The value of the types of the prizes is constant.

All the winners of prizes should continue to contribute for a certain period. During that period they have no chance to win. After that period is over they can win again. That period depends on those types of the prizes. If there are 6 types of prizes there are 6 types of specific periods.

In this system minimum prize must not be very small and maximum prize must not be very large. If the minimum prize would be very small the winner will have no benefits. If the maximum prize is very large the number of prizes is less.

Total Amount Distributed Through Prizes

1st Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million
2nd Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million
3rd Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million
4th Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million
5th Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million
6th Prize= US$ 240 Million / 6 = US$ 40 Million

Number of the Types of Prizes

1st Type = US$ 40 Million / 100,000 US$ = 400

2nd Type = US$ 40 Million / 50,000 US$ = 800

3rd Type = US$ 40 Million / 20,000 US$ = 2,000

4th Type = US$ 40 Million / 10,000 US$ = 4,000

5th Type = US$ 40 Million / 5,000 US$= 8,000

6th Type = US$ 40 Million / 2,000 US$ = 20,000

The Minimum Price & the Maximum Price.

In this system minimum prize must not be very small and maximum prize must not be very large. If the minimum prize would be very small the winner will have no benefits. If the maximum prize is very large the number of prizes is less.

Nature of the Winning System.

All the winners of prizes should continue to contribute for a certain period. During that period they have no chance to win. After that period is over they can win again. That period depends on those types of the prizes. If there are 6 types of prizes there are 6 types of specific periods.

The Special Features of this System.

*Number of all registered members of the labor force in the Fund = x
*Amount each member should contributed per month = y
*Total collection of funds = xy

If types of prizes = 6, Following values of the prizes are imaginary

Values of the Prizes
1st Prize: 100,000 US$
2nd Prize: 50,000US$
3rd Prize: 20,000US$
4th Prize: 10,000US$
5th Prize: 5,000US$
6th Prize: 2,000US$

Number of the Prizes

Number of 1st Prizes = (xy/6) (1/100,000)
Number of 2nd Prizes = (xy/6) (1/50,000)
Number of 3rd Prizes = (xy/6) (1/20,000)
Number of 4th Prizes = (xy/6) (1/10,000)
Number of 5th Prizes = (xy/6) (1/5,000)
Number of 5th Prizes = (xy/6) (1/2,000)

* Total number of prizes distributed per month =
{(xy/6)[1/(100,000)+ 1/(50,000)+ 1/(20,000)+ 1/(10,000)+ 1/(5,000)+ 1/(2,000)]} = (88xy/6) {(1/100,000)}

Imagine One Member could not Win Twice

* Total number of prizes distributed per year = (12*88xy/6) {(1/100,000)} = 176xy (1/100,000)

* Number of prizes per year as a Percentage =
[{176y (1/100,000)}*100] % = (0.176y) %

* Number of prizes after10 year
as a percentage = (1.76y) %

* Number of prizes after10 year
as a percentage = z

Therefore Z = (1.76y)%

After these Periods Winners of these Types of Prizes can Win Again

1st Prize: After 10 Years
2nd Prize: After 5 Years
3rd Prize: After 3 Years
4th Prize: After 2 Years
5th Prize: After 1 Year
6th Prize: After 6 Months

* Above periods of the winners is imaginary
